    <title>Slimming World</title>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Having avoided the scales (hideous contraptions) for months I have finally plucked up the courage to go to a slimming club.&amp;nbsp; I am going to start next Thursday 10.01.2008.&amp;nbsp; I need to lose two stone because I am getting married next year.&amp;nbsp; I have ordered my dress two sizes too small (eek!!!).&amp;nbsp;I have thoughts of dread of what the scales are going to say but I am sure in the long run it will be worth it and I have to do it.&amp;nbsp; I don't want/can't be fat on my wedding day!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am not the most logical person I must admit but I have decided that before I get weighed next thurs, I will eat as much fatty foods as physically possible before the weigh in, because I am assuming I won't be able to eat it thereafter! I might as well enjoy it while I can.&amp;nbsp; I do enjoy eating "bad" foods, that is my problem.&amp;nbsp; I love Macdonalds, chocolate, booze, sweets, curry, chinese, fry ups and kebabs.&amp;nbsp;So I will eat them while I can&lt;img alt="" src="http://x.myspace.com/images/blog/smileys/distressed.gif" /&gt;.&amp;nbsp; I also hate doing excercise now (Before I used to go &lt;strong&gt;at least 4 &lt;/strong&gt;times a week without failure).&amp;nbsp; So I am gearing myself up to go back to the gym.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'll let you know how it goes! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;L xx&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</content>
